Full agree. It would be great to be able to add these custom details especially phone numbers and have them be their own fields when exporting/ importing the data from .csv. Tags for phone numbers is insane to manage.

This is especially important when we have data that is mutually exclusive and thus managing in tags is really challenging

Right now we are dumping so much information in tags that could be in custom fields. if fields/custom fields/ could be used to segment the data.

Ex: We have membership year, graduation from certain programs. I like to be able to segment:

-- Everyone who graduated from a program regardless of year

-- Everyone from a specific graduation cohort.

--Everyone who graduated in a specific year
