The default Orbit Level labels are useful: Building, Contributing, Participating, Exploring

It would be useful to update these with custom labels and display those custom labels wherever an Orbit Level number is mentioned. For example, on a filter menu and on a chart.

This would prove useful as we explore an idea to share Orbit Levels publicly as a way to encourage folks to move from one level to another.

Custom Orbit Level labels would allow us to make them context specific to our community.
